Factory Setup
The RSD Fashions facility is spread over 15,000 sq ft at Tirupur, a major textile and knit wear hub in the state of Tamil Nadu, 47 km from the city of Coimbatore.
Knitting
knitting produces grey single jersey in diameter ranging from 14' to 36'.the knitting unit has the capability to produce 300000 meters of knitted fabrics per year.
Soft Flow Dyeing
The advanced in-house Dyeing / Finishing production facility, is rated best among the industry in the country for eco-friendly fabric processing. With advanced processing technologies, we deliver eco-friendly products dyed with AZO-free-dyes, create samples with any number of complicated colours and ensure mass production.
Compacting
Compactor is important machine in Knit Finishing Process. Lot of technical works in fabrics will be taken care by Compacting Machine. Tubular Compactor is used to compact the fabrics in Tubular form.
Printing
Our Printing unit is facilitated with Convertional, Rotary, Reactive Discharge and Multi colour chest printing. The Rotary printing machine produces 2500 Kgs/day. The Garment chest printing machine produces 10000 pcs/day.
Embroidery
We have a splendid range of embroidery to suit any styles, any garments as you have an option to choose from a wide range, designs & colours which are fully computer aided, fully automatic machines which enable the most rare embroideries upto 12 colours & applique work.
Cutting
Cutting is the main phase in garment making. A Garment can’t be made without cutting. In our firm cutting is done by the persons who are perfectly skilled and keeping in mind. We have modern hand cutter and pattern cutting machines.
Stitching
For stitching of garments we have 200 machines. The over lock and flat lock machines are from Pegasus-Japan and lock stitch are from Juki-Japan. All the machines are fixed with auto thread trimming and dust collection.
Checking
The finished garment is then subject to a thorough check by skilled supervisors, even the smallest defect is not overlooked.
Ironing
As this is the final figuring of a Garment, we take maximum care. We have a experienced team of checkers who under go checking in three stages. Initial / middle & Final. There are three filters to filter the garment before it reaches the Ironing Division.
Packing
We buy our Packing Materials from leading suppliers and professional providers to Garment Exporters. We use only Oeko Tex certified labels produced from fully computerized labeling machines.
